Red Diamond Foodservice is driven by an obsession to provide a perfect coffee and tea experience. To help them convey their commitment to quality in everything they do, we created the “Expect Perfection” campaign. Red Diamond food service wanted a new site that narrated their story better for why they are the perfect sip of coffee and tea. Featuring a modern yet elegant look and direct yet informative messaging, we positioned Red Diamond as a leader in meeting the demands of today’s food service operators.

A mix of warm and natural colors is used throughout to intentionally evoke the color you see in tea and coffee, the fields, farms, and plantations the crop is grown in.

We worked with Jason Lindsey to capture the start of the journey which is in the generational relationships they have with their partners.

The updated website now provides a richer narrative of what Red Diamond represents. It delves into the origins of their products, showcasing the longstanding relationships with farms passed down through generations. Emphasis is placed on sustainability practices and a strong commitment to the community. It's an immersive experience that captures the essence of Red Diamond's values and their dedication to quality and responsibility.

The journey that begins on the farms is brought to life through an interactive map with immersive pop-ups. As you explore each location, the pop-ups unfold a rich narrative, revealing details about the farm, its dedicated owner, the unique climate, and the captivating story that defines each locale. This innovative feature not only showcases the geographical origins of the products but also fosters a genuine connection, inviting you to experience the heart and soul of Red Diamond in every detail.
